Welcome to our website! Bodywork by Britt, LLC provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our website, to understand our practices.

Misconduct

Any verbal or physical conduct of a sexual or aggressive nature is inappropriate during the massage; your massage practitioner will end the session if this becomes a concern. Bodywork by Britt, LLC reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate services in cases of, but not limited to, inappropriate or unhealthy behavior as deemed by Bodywork by Britt, LLC management.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service or you can prepay for your session online during the booking process. I accept cash, debit or credit cards. I also accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or ApplePay.

Prices include the cost of the session, set up and break down fee and a travel fee. Tip is not included. Tipping is not necessary but greatly appreciated. Recommendations are based on regular price and how well you loved your session. Usually the recommendation is anywhere from 10-25%.

Scheduling

You may reschedule or cancel via the link in your confirmation email or contact me directly.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your reserved time. If you no call, no show, you will be liable for half or up to the full amount of your scheduled reservation. 

ILLNESS: You must reschedule if you are ill, have a fever, or are contagious. Please be considerate of myself and my other clients. If you're unsure if its illness or allergies, please reschedule.
EXTREME WEATHER: If there is inclement weather, I will be contacting you ASAP to reschedule.

​I prefer that all scheduling be done online. If you are trying to schedule appointments back to back, contact me. The schedule automatically puts a 45 minute break after every appointment. If you are booking an event or party, please contact me.

Terms of Sale for Goods

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

 

In order to contract with Bodywork by Britt, LLC,  you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Bodywork by Britt, LLC retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with.

 

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

 

(a) Our Contract 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed unless there is a promo for free product during that time. 

 

(b) Pricing and Availability

While we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate at time of going online, errors may occur. Please check ingredient descriptions online for the most up to date. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

 

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

 

(c) Payment for goods

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The funds received upon the debiting of your card will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the deposited funds will be used to pay for the goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

 

(d) Returns Policy

There are no refunds, but you may return any product within 30 days (with your receipt) for an online credit to use the next time you shop with us.

Carefully package your returned product and include: 1. Receipt, 2: Email address, 3. Reason for your return.

Customer must pay for return shipping, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When we receive your items, we will email you with a credit code to use when purchasing new products online.

 

e) Cancellation Policy for Goods

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. In accordance with our Cancellation Policy, we can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped.

Shipping Policy

Bodywork by Britt, LLC uses at its discretion USPS for all shipments within the U.S.

All orders will generally ship within 3 business days from the day of order placement. Carriers continue to report delays due to the impact of COVID-19 on their services. During peak times orders may take 4-5 business days to ship from the day of order placement.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. 

• Orders placed over a weekend will ship the following business day.

• All delivery times are based on business days.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders.

• We do not ship to customers outside the continental U.S.

Delivery address changes after an order has already shipped will incur a “change of address” fee of $20. Carriers do offer other delivery options at no charge to pick up orders from one of their appointed facilities.

Due to the impact of COVID, carriers are no longer offering guaranteed delivery for any expedited service chosen and will not provide refunds should a package not arrive according to the service chosen.

Electronic Communications

When you visit Bodywork by Britt, LLC or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Bodywork by Britt, LLC or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. By visiting Bodywork by Britt, LLC, you agree that the laws of the state of Texas, United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Bodywork by Britt, LLC or its associates.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit Bodywork by Britt, LLC or to products you purchase through Bodywork by Britt, LLC shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Texas, United States of America, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Bodywork by Britt, LLC’s intellectual property rights, Bodywork by Britt, LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Texas, United States of America, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
