Company Policy

Cancellation Policy

Please provide a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation request before your scheduled appointment time. If a 24-hour notice is not received, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for first missed session and 70% for every missed session after that. If you are a no-show, meaning that you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and have not reached out to me letting me know, 70% of payment will be charged to the card on file. You may reschedule or cancel via the link in your confirmation email or contact me directly. If you are a member and have a credit in your account, you forfeit that credit if you cancel without a 24-hour notice.

Booking Policy

New clients are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit when scheduling an appointment, which is applied to your service fee. The deposit is forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is held in your account for future use. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Payment is due at the time of service, or you can prepay online when booking. I accept cash, debit, credit, HSA, FSA, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or ApplePay.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of service or you can prepay for your session online during the booking process. I accept cash, debit, credit, HSA, FSA, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or ApplePay. Prices include the cost of the session, set up and break down fees and a travel fee. Tip is not included. Tipping is greatly appreciated! Recommendations are based on regular price and how well you loved your session. Usually the recommendation is anywhere from 15-25%.

Late Arrivals/ No-Show Policy

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time for paperwork if you have not already completed it online as well as to answer any questions your therapist may have. Arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage so the session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a 60- minute appointment, or more than 30 minutes late to a 90- or 120-minute appointment, it is considered a no-show and full payment will be required. Future sessions may require pre-payment. A credit card is required to hold all appointments and will be charged at the end of your scheduled appointment unless another payment option is specified. This credit card may also be used to charge fees associated with late cancellations, no-shows, and any other fees outlined in our policies. Clients will be notified of such charges 24 hours prior to payment processing.

Scheduling Policy

I prefer that all scheduling be done online. If you are trying to schedule appointments back to back, contact me. The schedule automatically puts a 45 minute break after every appointment. If you are booking an event or party, please contact me.

ILLNESS: You must reschedule if you are ill, have a fever, or are contagious. Please be considerate of myself and my other clients. If you're unsure if its illness or allergies, please reschedule.

EXTREME WEATHER: If there is inclement weather, I will be contacting you ASAP to reschedule.

Refund Policy

Services that have been rendered cannot be refunded. Gift-cards will not be refunded as well as prepaid services for members. Those credits will stay in your account until you use them or until you are inactive for 12 months.

Inappropriate Conduct, Session Termination, and Right to Refuse

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no illicit component to massage therapy and any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities and notify other local massage therapists as a safety precaution for our colleagues. Your massage therapist has the right to refuse service to any client suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the extent that they may inhibit your ability to give appropriate feedback during the massage. Each client also has the right to end a session at any point if you find yourself with a personal emergency, in pain, or otherwise uncomfortable with proceeding through the scheduled session. We retain the right to charge for the full service regardless of the amount of time received. We understand if you need to end a session early, but please let us know if there's any way we can improve.

Gift Card Policy

All gift certificate sales are final and are not subject to refunds or exchanges. Gift certificates can be transferred to a different recipient from the original, but the original certificate must always be presented at the time of service. All gift certificates are valid for 2 years from the purchase date as marked on the original gift certificate. After such, the amount on the gift certificate to be applied to services is considered abandoned to the business and is no longer eligible for use, refund, or exchange.

Disputed Charges

Disputed charges after services are rendered or due to fees associated with cancellation, no-show, and late arrivals per our policies, will result in a continuation of charge attempts. If the bank finds the dispute to be out of our favor despite sufficient evidence of a service or policy agreement, we retain the right to bill for associated fees and will pursue all legal and civil avenues to garner such payment. Clients may be barred from making any future appointments in response to disputed charges

Minor Client Policy

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will complete a Minor Intake Form and Minor Liability Release, and who will remain in the treatment room throughout the entire session their first session. After that, the parent or guardian must give the therapist consent to see them on their own if 16+. Minors are not allowed unsupervised in the lobby during an adult's appointment. I highly encourage calling before booking a session for your dependent, so you can better determine we are the right fit.

Arrivals and Check In

We request that all intake forms, policy notifications, and other documents are filled out digitally when you book your first appointment. If such documents are not received, you will have a chance to fill them out when you arrive but this will cut into your appointment time.
